These leggings definitely keep you warm when running in the winter. They have great side pockets for your phone. They run a little large, but they are definitely great quality. Great leggings for a great price and truly do the job in keeping you warm in cold weather. I wear a size large/medium in Nike leggings and purchase a size XL which was way too big. I then ordered a large in these leggings. They fit comfortably. I could probably do fine in a medium also. I figured a little bit of a larger fit would be good for the winter.
