Description The Rope & Ratchet Set is used to anchor the Bonga Stretch Tent Canopy in place in combination with the Peg Set. The combination of ratchets with nautical ropes provide a stronger and more durable anchor for your stretch tent, compared with the traditional Strap & Buckle Set. It also requires less space. Side Ropes & Ratchets The Rope The rope is made of double braided high tenacity polyester, a rope characterised by its strength, durability, chemical resistance and UV resistance. Yet it is very smooth and thus easy to handle. The rope also holds up perfectly in extremely hot or wet weather. The rope has a melting point of 265 °C and can withstand short heat up to 170 °C. The ratchet also provides very high ease of use, as you only have to pull on one end of the rope to tighten it.
