1.5M/lot Bike Frame Internal Housing Damper 6mm Foam Sleeve Hose Bicycle Cable Bike Shift/Brake/Hydraulic Tube

This was easy enough to route into my Specialized Status 160 frame with the cable port holders removed. I had to use some WD-40 in the tubes to slide them over the cables. I needed 2 packs of foam to cover 3 cables the full length of the downtube (rear brake, shifter, dropper post). It seems a little expensive for just foam tubing, but I suppose it’s kind of a speciality product. It would be nice if they offered this in a longer length. I needed about 2.5 meters overall.It definitely stopped all cable rattle at least. It may present a challenge when it comes time to change cables, but we shall see.
